Training of tutors in the frames of TEMPUS project

The second stage of Tempus project (practical realization of PBL methods) has started.

In December 2013 the Associate Dean for eLearning of Medical Education Center of St. George University of London, Professor Terry Poulton and PBL tutor Dr. Ella Iskrenko-Poulton conducted training of PBL tutors at ZSMU Medical Education Center in Zaporizhzhia. The teachers of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University and Sumy State University took part in this training.

“All the tutors were rather interested and motivated. The results we had obtained while working on the VP case with the group of students proved that PBL method can be used during traditional teaching as well”, said Terry Poulton.

All the participants received PBL tutors’ certificates of St. George University of London.
