The responsible person is BAVYTSKA Natalia, Deputy Rector for Personnel.
The main tasks and functions of the HR Department:

organization of the HR Department in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation;

selection and placement of personnel by professional and business personal qualities, professional competence, control over their proper employment in work in accordance with the current legislation;

taking measures to form a stable workforce, reduce staff turnover and strengthen labor discipline;
-
implementation of analytical and organizational work on personnel management;
-
forecasting the need for staff, staff development, encouraging employees to career growth, ensuring their continuing education;
-
tracking of the university staff and its structural subdivisions;
-
registration of hire, transfer, relocation and dismissal of employees, racking employees leaves and control over their provision;
-
work with sick leaves, employment record books, personal files;
-
preparation and submission of necessary documents for awarding University employees with state awards and distinctions;
-
preparation and issuance of certificates;
-
preparation and provision of all types of state reporting and current information on the number and quality of the University staff at the request of relevant government agencies.
