Today is the professional holiday of those responsible for a smile — the International Day of Dentist.

Heartiest congratulations to our employees of the Departments of the Medical Faculty No. 3 — Department of Therapeutic, Orthopedic and Pediatric Dentistry, and Department of Propaedeutic and Surgical Dentistry — who have been training future specialists for more than 15 years. Modern phantom and training centers with the latest mannequins and video software are at their service.

Significant achievements in the development of the dental field have been made by the University Clinic of ZSMU, which has created a state-of-the-art Dental Medical Center equipped with unique equipment: the Freecorder BlueFox hardware and software complex, the Acteon X-MIND Trium expert-class computer tomograph, the ZEISS EXTARO 300 microscope with intraoral camera for endodontic treatment of teeth, Pa‑On periodontal probe, etc.

Thanks to such a powerful educational, scientific, and practical base, graduates of the Zaporizhzhia State Medical Faculty are in demand on the labor market; they are willingly hired by leading dental centers and clinics.
