The round table "Problem-based learning in medical and pharmaceutical education"
The round table "Problem-based learning in medical and pharmaceutical education" was held in October 17, 2014. The main issues discussed were the first experience of problem-based learning implementation, experience of curriculum adaptation for PBL training, problem-based learning and virtual patients, the results of teachers and tutors training involved in ePBLnet project. In partners’ reports from Georgia (Nadareshvili I., Bregvadze N., Tsagareishvili P.) and Kazakhstan (Kalieva Sh.S.), from Ukraine (Sychov R.A., Ryzhov A.A., Cherkovskaya O.S.) there were presentations and proposals on the organization of learning process based on virtual patients. The reports of teachers and tutors of ZSMU from clinical departments: (the Department of Otorhinolaryngology (Troyan V.I., Kostrovsky A.N.), the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology (Sarzhevsky S.N. ), the Department of Internal Diseases 3 (Karpenko Yu.I. and Krizhanovsky Yu.M., etc.) were also of great interest.
