Turorials. First stage
In the frames of TAME project the tutorials on the basis of 6 paediatric cases with Virtual Patients and medical errors have been completed. In November-December of 2016 8 groups of students (64 students in total) had an opportunity to act as real doctors: review and explore the issue and “save” 6 patients.
New technologies and methodology of Problem Based Learning based on scenarios with medical errors allowed students to examine different options, take decisions and become witnesses of their treatment.
“It was very useful and valuable experience, real team work. Thanks to the project we became more open in communication and more confident in our skills and knowledge”, one of the students says.
After the tutorials the students and the tutors received certificates of participation.
