Mysterious and beautiful India through the eyes of ZSMU students

The third year in a row the department of language training cooperates with the Zaporizhzhia regional Centre of Indian Culture "Bharat". This year Indian students of our university, having responded to the proposal of the director of the center Abdulli Al-Mahviti-Karmeluk, took part in the competition of drawing "Mysterious India".

During the first stage, in December last year, boys and girls with love and inspiration reproduced in the paintings the nature and architecture of their native places, portraits of fellow citizens, religious images, state symbols of their country. All works radiate light energy and sincere feelings. The drawings decorated the exhibition at the department of language training. For participation in the final stage were selected 16 artworks.

In addition to Indian students, Zaporizhzhya's schoolchildren also participated in the contest. The jury, along with teachers of art schools in Zaporizhzhia, also included students of the 4th year of the 2nd International Faculty of Jitin Raj and Pidikayilakath Cheriya Mohammad Adhil.

The ceremony of awarding the winners took place in the Centre of National Cultures of Zaporizhzhia regional scientific library, it was timed to the celebration of the Day of the Republic of India.
