ZSMU scientists get new knowledge in Switzerland

Bukovyna State Medical University with the support of the Ukrainian- Switzerland project  «Medical Education Development/MED» which is implemented by the Switzerland institute of public health (Swiss TPH), which was funded by the Switzerland agency for development and cooperation - SDC, initiated the "Autumn school of medical education".

Zaporizhzhya State Medical University was represented at this event by Sergey Kiselyov, professor of the department of internal diseases. During workshops and debates, topics such as: the development of medical curricula, improving the quality of medical education, quality control of teaching, university development strategies and integrity issues in healthcare were considered. Everyone could join to the online mode, listen to reports, debate.

The Swiss project "Medical Education Development" is of great interest, it provides assistance to primary care physicians, nurses and facility managers in training and practical work. Participants of the project will be able to deepen their knowledge and practices: students - future doctors, get better clinical skills, educators - new innovative teaching methods, primary care providers opportunities for continuous professional development.
