Honorary guest from Sri Lanka noted the high level of informatization of ZSMU
The Executive Director of Central Institute of Science and Technology of Sri Lanka Mr. Rangamini Werawatta visited Zaporozhye State Medical University.
The issues of further mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed during his meeting with the Rector of ZSMU, Professor Kolesnyk Yuriy, as well as the First Pro-rector Avramenko Mykola and the heads of the departments responsible for foreign students training.
The Rector told the guest that Zaporozhye Medical University was the first in the former Soviet Union to begin foreign students training. Our graduates successfully pass exams to confirm their diplomas after returning home. That is why ZSMU diploma is recognized by many countries abroad. Being a specialist in IT technologies, Mr. Rangamini Werawatta was impressed with the level of informatization of the University and the use of the latest technologies in the educational process.
Mr. Rangamini Werawatta got acquainted with the learning environment in Zaporozhye State Medical University, leading departments, campus, living and recreation conditions. Also he had a meeting with the students and visited the University Clinics.
