On December 12, a delegation from the International Department of the Palacký University Olomouc (Czech Republic) visited our University. Mr. Robin Rijnbeek and Mrs. Evelína Ohnisková presented a new project Support of the Higher Education in Ukraine III, involving higher education institutions of Ukraine (Zaporizhzhia State Medical University, National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University) and the Czech Republic (Palacký University Olomouc).
Our University has already participated in a similar project in 2015-2016. The main objective of the current project is assisting Ukrainian universities to improve study programmes, creating study plans (in accordance with the Bologna Declaration requirements), developing the quality management and international exchanges. Essentially, the project is based on the needs of Ukrainian society in strengthening the democratic principles in the government and the main institutions of the country, development of international exchanges and implementation of the European standards. Such kind of an approach is a key to the further development of a democratic society in Ukraine. In addition, during the program, all the participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience that will be a doubtless help in development and improvement of both higher education in Ukraine and society as a whole.
We invite the University staff and senior students to participate in this project, which provides a weekly internship in the Czech Republic. The information is available at https://www.facebook.com/iadzsmu/posts/1475443035886699.
