Recently the system of education, in particular medical education, is tending to modernization. Significant role is assigned to the strategic partnership that stimulates development of cooperation between institutions of near- and far-abroad countries
Innovative informational technologies, simulation programs, mobility programs for staff and students are being implemented for enhancing of quality of medical education. These technologies lead the educational establishments to the global educational space.
In the frames of such strategic cooperation IV Central Asian International Scientific and Practical Conference “Internationalization of medical education” took place on October 2-3 in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. The Conference was divided into plenary meetings and sessions.
Representatives of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University were also invited for participation in the event. During one of the sessions Olena Furyk, Associate Professor of the Infectious Department, presented a report on “Implementation of technology of Training against medical error into ZSMU.
On October 3-4 the meeting of the TAME Project Consortium group was held. During the meeting the partners reported on the results gained during the period of the Project implementation, dissemination activities and financial issues.
Olena Furyk reported on the conduction of WP3 in all Partner Countries universities; Aliona Pavlenko, specialist of the International Affairs Department, delivered presentations on Quality and Evaluation of the TAME Project.
The meeting was infused with a friendly atmosphere due to brilliant organization by the Project Coordinator – Karaganda State Medical University – and all participants who were present in the event.
